In the first place, there are no minature particles associated with the experimental collisions of any mass based particle such as the proton or neutrinos. The smallest bit of stable matter known to have a measurable mass is the electron. When any two equal or unequal masses collide the resulting debris is or are clumps of photons of all sizes below the electron. They immediately reform into electrons or if sufficient amounts exist into protons. If we were to examine the head on crash of two automobiles repeatedly in any number of those crashes a fender might fly off. If we assume that this fender represents a certain mass we can give it a name, such as quark. If we examine a sufficient number of crashes we will see some number of quarks emerge plus other items such as a door which we can aptly name. The difference in car crashes and particle crashes is that almost immediately after the crash a particle regains the mass as a definable measurable electron in some nanosecond of time. Any excess is seen as radiation of even shorter duration. We are unable to measure the mass of one photon and an electron probably contains trillions of photons, but photons cannot exist as individual particles below the velocity of light, they immediately cooalesce into the mass of an electron absent "c" velocity. If the car represents one electron, a fender cannot stand alone, nor a door. They immediately become the same part of some other or the same car. All of those experiments designed to find the God particle are in essense make work assignments for a group of scientist who have reached an impasse in their thinking in trying to support the theory of a Big Bang. The universe is, was and always be as we observe it to be at present considering the random motions of its parts.
